Return and Refund Policy

NOTFORTOMORROW is a trading name of Vontix. GmbH. We sell sealed food supplements only. You can return a product within 30 days of receipt, even if it has been opened or used, and we will refund the purchase amount. The following conditions apply.

Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This right is separate from our own return period.

The law provides an exception: sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken. Our supplements fall under this exception. Whatever the state of the product, you can also return it under our own return period below, within 30 days of receipt, even opened or used.

Our return period (30 days)

We give you more time than the law requires: you can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. This extended period is an extra service we offer on top of your statutory right of withdrawal.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt, even if it has been opened or used; we will then refund the purchase amount. If a product is defective or was delivered in error, please contact us first.

If you ordered the wrong product, you can exchange it.

Costs and refunds

• Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• If we delivered the wrong product or the product is defective, we will pay the return costs.
• Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount within 1 to 2 business days via the payment method you used when placing your order.

How to return

Always email us first at info@notfortomorrow.com and include your order number. That way we know your shipment is on its way and we can process it quickly.
