TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Scope: these terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop.

  3. Contract: the purchase contract is concluded when you click 'Buy now' and receive a confirmation email.

  4. Prices: including VAT. Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

  5. Payment: via the payment methods offered (PayPal, Klarna, credit card).

  6. Delivery: usually within 2–4 working days.

  7. Right of withdrawal: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period; see our return policy. Only unopened and sealed products can be returned.

  8. Retention of title: products remain the property of Vontix GmbH until payment has been made in full.

  9. Warranty: statutory provisions apply.

  10. Jurisdiction: Düsseldorf, to the extent permitted by law.
