TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Scope: these terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop.

  2. Provider:

  3. Contract: the purchase contract is concluded when you click 'Buy now' and receive a confirmation email.

  4. Prices: including VAT. Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

  5. Payment: via the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods available depend on your country.

  6. Delivery: 1–2 working days within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, 2–3 working days in the rest of Europe and 2–5 working days outside Europe, depending on the country (see our shipping policy).

  7. Right of withdrawal: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period; see our return policy. Only unopened and sealed products can be returned.

  8. Retention of title: products remain the property of Vontix. GmbH until payment has been made in full.

  9. Warranty: statutory provisions apply.

  10. Jurisdiction: Düsseldorf, to the extent permitted by law.
