Shipping policy

Delivery

  1. Orders placed before 18:00 are shipped the same business day
  2. Delivery time within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium: 1–2 business days
  3. All products are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands (Gouderak)
  4. Within the rest of Europe: 2–3 business days
  5. International (outside Europe): 2–5 business days, depending on the country

RETURN POLICY

At NOTFORTOMORROW (a brand of Vontix. GmbH) we only sell sealed supplements. In accordance with European legislation and for reasons of hygiene and health protection, the following return conditions apply:

Returns are only possible if the product is unused, unopened and still fully sealed.

You can return an unopened and sealed product within 30 days of receipt.

In addition, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Our 30-day return period is longer than this statutory period.

The costs of the return shipment are at your expense. If we have delivered the wrong product or if the product is defective, we will pay the return costs.

If you have ordered the wrong product, an exchange is possible, provided the product is returned unopened and in its original condition.

Products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Once we have received and accepted the returned goods in good and unopened condition, you will receive your refund within 1 to 2 business days via the original payment method.
