Snel geleverd. Ik gebruik het nog niet lang genoeg om te weten of ik het goed opneem. Ik gebruik ook 10000 IE/dag. Vit D stond heel erg laag op ogenblik van dat ik dit product ben gestart.

Moeilijk te beoordelen, want input is totaalplaatje!, dus ging af op 5000 want van de -m.i. ook prima- eer gebruikte moet dan5x 2000 innemen ipv2x 5000. Dr. €RIC BERG (YT 2500 videos en) IS GEEN ALLOPAATH die me LEVENSLANG dóór hun gif gaf waardoor zieker (na 'opzettelijk! niet preventief')én na hun mis-diagnose me weer meer opdrongen van hun toko:'medi'C!DEN/chemie'çijnen' met nóg meer'kwalen',ook Familie++)
Ben indertijd niet opgeleid voor preventie, ook (wijlen) oudere broer (huisarts)niet. "97% wordt arts(allopaath!) voor geld en/ofprestige".
